Alberto's Sicilian Cookies come from a recipe that has been passed down in Alberto's family from generation to generation. Alberto remembers growing up as a boy in Catania, Sicily, watching his grandmother in the kitchen making these delicious cookies. They were so good that Alberto took careful notes on how they were prepared, right down to the amount of each ingredient included, the temperature of the oven and the cooling process.
